The Process
Consultation
Once you’ve filled out a brief questionnaire, we’ll start with a phone chat to discuss your goals. If we’re a good fit together, then we’ll move on to the contract and deposit, then it’s official! We’re in this together! We’ll get going on strategy using your vision, mission and values, taking into account your big-picture goals, and your big “why.” You’ll start to gather inspiration on Pinterest and we’re off to the races.
Work It
Once you’ve approved your brand direction and strategy, We’ll then begin on our one concept development and design. We’ll send over an epic brand presentation with our concept that is brought to life with mockups to help you visualize what the design would look like in real life. We’ll take any feedback, refine the concept until your design is absolutely perfect and aligns beautifully with your brand personality that we created in the strategy and consultation phase.
Launch It
Once we are 100% sure you are fully and completely in love with your designs, it’s time to launch! But don’t worry, we still have your back! We’ll walk you through all of the details to ensure you are comfortable utilizing all aspects of the design. For our lovely website clients, you’ll also receive a one-hour training session to make sure that you’re comfortable maintaining and updating your beautiful new website.
